I don't have video yet, but here are the pictures I took of the recital and the Syracuse Heritage Days parade the following weekend.
Annie's hair in curlers the night before. She kept coming to my bed in the middle of the night saying that her curlers were too loose... cute but annoying.

Waiting to walk down to where the parade started. Leisel and Annie rode in the parade, and James and Molly stayed to watch.
Here we are on the float (a trailer pulled by a semi). See that bucket in front of me? It was chock full of taffy candies at the beginning of the parade (2700 S) and by the time we got to 2300 S all the candy was gone. The parade ended at 700 N. Those little girls are awfully generous in their candy-throwing.
Molly conked out with Grandma Jayne. It was a hot day.
